Microsoft Partners with Ford on New Car Operating System
December 29th, 2006 Microsoft and Ford have announced that they are working on a new navigation and infotainment system built using Microsoft software. It will allow drivers to listen to music, talk on their cell phones, get emails without using their hands and navigate anywhere on the planet. The project has been named Sync and is just the latest push from Microsoft to expand their software reach from everything from Pc's to videogames to kitchen appliances to cars.
